3. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, or service providers. Payments must be completed through authorized payment gateways such as PhonePe, Paytm, Cashfree, etc.

4. Pricing & Fare Rules
Prices are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice. Airline and supplier-specific fare rules will apply.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by the respective airline, hotel, or service provider policies.

6. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities, unauthorized bookings, or illegal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability
We act as an intermediary between users and service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and branding are the property of MyTrava and BookETrip.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
