Terms governing the use of BookETrip.com, BookETrip Holidays and customer travel services offered under the BookETrip brand powered by MyTrava.

By accessing a BookETrip service or completing a booking, you agree to the applicable booking and supplier conditions.

BookETrip Terms of Service

BookETrip is a customer-facing travel brand powered by MyTrava. MyTrava is owned by Mrs. Jyotsna Yadav and is headquartered in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

These Terms apply, where relevant, to BookETrip.com, BookETrip Holidays and customer travel services referring to these Terms.

Travel Supplier Notice

Flights, hotels, buses, transfers, attractions and other travel services may be operated or fulfilled by independent third-party travel providers. Supplier rules can apply in addition to these Terms.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing a BookETrip platform, requesting an itinerary, making an enquiry, creating an account, making a payment or completing a booking, you agree to applicable BookETrip, booking and supplier conditions.

02. Nature of BookETrip Services

BookETrip provides travel discovery, booking access, holiday planning and selected travel assistance services. Depending on the service, BookETrip may act as a travel intermediary, booking interface or travel planning facilitator.

BookETrip does not itself operate airlines, hotels, buses, embassies or independent destination suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise.

03. Flight Booking Terms

Airline bookings remain subject to airline fare rules, passenger name requirements, baggage policies, schedules, cancellation rules and no-show conditions.

Airfares are dynamic and may change until the ticket is issued and confirmed.

Customers must review passenger names carefully. Name corrections or substitutions may be restricted by airlines.

Airlines may change schedules, flight numbers, aircraft or routes because of operational requirements.

04. Hotel Booking Terms

Hotel bookings remain subject to property inventory, room availability, rate conditions and hotel policies.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the hotel.

Room allocation, bedding and property-specific facilities remain subject to hotel confirmation and applicable booking conditions.

05. Bus Booking Terms

Bus bookings remain subject to the relevant bus operator's route, boarding, schedule, vehicle and cancellation conditions.

Customers should verify boarding points and reporting times before departure.

06. Custom Holiday Packages

BookETrip Holidays supports personalised holiday planning around customer preferences.

A quotation may be prepared based on destination, dates, trip duration, hotel requirements, room preference, meal plan, transfers and selected activities.

A quotation does not block travel inventory unless the relevant service has been confirmed.

Holiday prices are dynamic and may change because of hotel inventory, supplier rates, transport, activities or other travel conditions.

07. Transfers and Activities

Transfers and sightseeing may be private or shared as stated in the confirmed itinerary.

Shared services may operate within fixed pickup areas and schedules. Customers staying outside standard pickup zones may require alternative arrangements.

Late reporting can result in a missed service or no-show.

08. Visa Assistance

Visa approval is solely determined by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government department.

BookETrip cannot guarantee visa approval or processing time.

Travellers remain responsible for providing genuine documents and checking passport, visa, transit and entry requirements.

09. AI Trip Builder

AI-generated travel ideas are intended for initial trip inspiration.

AI output is not a booking confirmation and may not reflect live pricing, availability, operating hours or current entry requirements.

Customers should review final confirmed booking documents.

10. Pricing and Dynamic Rates

Travel fares and prices may change according to live inventory and supplier conditions.

A displayed rate or quotation is not necessarily a price lock until the booking is confirmed.

11. Zero Convenience Fee and Offers

Where BookETrip advertises zero convenience fee, the offer means the specified eligible BookETrip convenience charge is not added under the applicable conditions.

Airline, hotel, operator, payment, government or supplier charges may still apply.

12. Coupons and Discounts

Promotions may have eligibility, travel-date, booking-value and channel requirements.

Offers may not be combined unless specifically permitted.

Misuse of promotions or fraudulent account activity can result in withdrawal of promotional benefits.

13. Payments and Booking Confirmation

Payment does not automatically guarantee booking confirmation.

A booking may remain subject to successful payment, inventory and supplier confirmation.

Holiday instalments must be paid according to the communicated schedule.

14. Cancellation and Amendments

Cancellation conditions differ by airline, hotel, bus operator and travel supplier.

Supplier penalties and applicable booking charges may apply.

An amendment may be treated as cancellation and rebooking where required by the supplier.

15. Refunds

Refund eligibility is subject to applicable booking and supplier conditions.

Applicable supplier deductions and cancellation penalties may be deducted.

Refund timelines can depend on suppliers, payment gateways and banks.

16. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct traveller information, reviewing booking documents, checking travel requirements and reporting at airports, hotels and pickup points on time.

17. User Accounts and Security

Users should protect passwords, PINs and OTPs and must not attempt unauthorised platform access.

18. Prohibited Use

Fraudulent bookings, unauthorised payment use, promotional abuse, impersonation and interference with platform security are prohibited.

19. Third-Party Travel Providers

Supplier-specific terms may apply to the travel service actually operated or fulfilled by the relevant third party.

20. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Travel may be affected by severe weather, government restrictions, airport closures, strikes and other extraordinary events. Available remedies may depend on supplier policies and applicable law.

21. Responsibility and Third-Party Operations

Subject to applicable law, BookETrip does not control the independent day-to-day operations of airlines, hotels, bus operators or other travel suppliers.

22. Privacy

Personal information processing is described in the BookETrip Privacy Policy.

23. MyTrava B2B

Business and travel partner users of the MyTrava B2B platform may be subject to separate business, commercial and platform conditions.

24. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, platform functionality, business processes or applicable requirements.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted according to applicable laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable statutory jurisdiction, relevant disputes may be subject to competent courts in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
