At BookETrip (B2C) and MyTrava (B2B), we prioritize the safety and security of all transactions conducted on our platform. We implement advanced security protocols and partner with trusted payment gateways to ensure a safe and reliable payment experience.

All payments are processed through authorized and trusted payment gateways such as PhonePe, Paytm, Cashfree, and other RBI-compliant providers. These gateways use secure encryption technologies to protect user information during transactions.
2. Data Encryption
We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that all sensitive information such as payment details, personal data, and booking information is transmitted securely and protected against unauthorized access.
3. No Storage of Sensitive Data
BookETrip and MyTrava do not store any confidential financial information such as credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. All such data is handled directly by the payment gateway providers.
4. Fraud Prevention & Monitoring
Our systems continuously monitor transactions for suspicious activity. In case of any unusual or potentially fraudulent transaction, we reserve the right to cancel or hold the booking for verification.
5. User Responsibility
Users are advised to ensure that their login credentials, OTPs, and payment details are not shared with anyone. BookETrip/MyTrava will never ask for sensitive information via phone, email, or messages.
6. Transaction Confirmation
Once the payment is successfully processed, users will receive booking confirmation via email and/or SMS. In case of payment failure, the amount (if deducted) will be automatically refunded as per the payment gateway policy.
